Mega Survival Mod Download (For Rehosting)

Hi all,
I'm wondering if it's possible at all to find a download link to the mod? I want to host a server in America and France to make PING times a little bit better.
Unfortunately I can't find any links, I assume that this mod is private, and I fully understand why.
This is a great mod and very well made, but I thought I'd ask, there's no harm in asking.

Sorry this is an English post, I don't know Russian, I'm from the UK.

It's 6 years later, is your answer still no?

 

It'd be great if we can host this in NA or English-speaking countries. 

Even if we partnered, I can buy the NA/EU servers if you can rehost the servers on them?
